U.S. ambassador to France, Charles Kushner, condemns France's Macron for "not taking sufficient measures to combat antisemitism" in France.

The American ambassador expressed his displeasure with #Macron's pledge to recognise the State of Palestine, claiming it only emboldens antisemites and endangers French #Jews. In a letter addressed to the French president, Kushner said: "Tolerating antisemitism is betraying the French Republic".

#Kushner is the father-in-law of Ivanka Trump and the father of Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner. Charles Kushner directed much of Trump's foreign policy during his first term (2017-2021).

French journalist Erik Tegnér has been given a six-month suspended prison sentence and fined €30,000 after publishing an article about lawyers who specialize in defending illegal migrants against deportation.

Tegnér named several immigration lawyers and identified their city of practice, arguing they profited from a “juicy business” funded by public legal aid.

The court ruled that, despite not disputing the accuracy of the claims, the article’s accusatory tone exposed the lawyers to an indirect risk of harm and violated France’s Samuel Paty anti-doxxing law. Tegnér described the verdict as a “political misuse of the Samuel Paty law.”

Europe runs on American gas now... Here's the proof!

In 2017, US LNG was barely a footnote in European energy.

In 2025: 58.4% of ALL European LNG came from America.

In Q1 2026: already 63% and climbing.

The energy map has been completely redrawn in 8 years. Here's what it looks like country by country:

Germany: 92.4% the country that ran on Russian gas now runs on American LNG

Greece: 90.0% where Chevron just drilled an exploration block
