Something bizarre is happening around the world and it isn’t getting nearly as much attention as it should. Governments across Europe, Asia, North America and elsewhere are increasingly urging citizens to stockpile food, drinking water, medicine and other emergency supplies in case ordinary services suddenly become unavailable.
