An IDF soldier posted on Facebook this beautiful brass Mezuza case that he found, in the shape of a jug of oil, in the ruins of a destroyed building in Gaza. This Mezuza may have been from a destroyed home from Gush Katif, or it may have been from the period of time when there was a vibrant Jewish community in Gaza. This Mezuza really reminds us of the #miracle of the jug of olive oil that occurred on #Chanukah, which we will soon be celebrating.
