Last week, Hezbollah fired a missile at the outskirts of the town of Rmaych, none of the channels covered the news, and no one gave even a word of support.

About 20,000 Christians still live in Rmaych, Ain Ebel, and Debel. They are steadfast on the southeastern border strip, Israel does not attack them at all, while all the Shiite villages adjacent to the Christian villages were completely destroyed, which angers Hezbollah and the Shiites.

Today, leaks came that the situation has become dangerous for the Christians of these villages.

There are fears that Hezbollah will take the Christian villages hostage and infiltrate with vehicles or by foot through their villages to enter the Galilee or to switch the spotlight on them, so that Hezbollah can exploit the matter to infiltrate the Golan from several fronts.

In any case, these are scenarios, no one knows Hezbollah's plan, but it is clear that ten days ago Israel began combing the Christian villages with bullets and shelling the outskirts of the towns with artillery because Hezbollah infiltrates between the houses of civilians.

The Hezbollah infiltration jeapordizes the Christians of the South, who are located on the brink of the volcano, which could lead to killing and displaying them.

Does any Lebanese, especially the Christian party, care?

The Christians of the South do not vote for Christian representatives, and there is no Christian representative to represent them.

It is clear that they are a burden on the Christian parties in the Christian areas, which have sent them only one food ration since October 7, 2023!!!

Knowing that there is no work or income in their villages and the dollar reached 100,000 liras!

The Christians of the South used to make a living from agriculture, especially olives and the olive oil industry, but...

The villages are not protected. The army presence on the outskirts of their villages is small in number.

On the outskirts of the town of Rmaych, there are about 1,000 soldiers from mixed sects. They do not object to what Hezbollah is doing but rather cover up Hezbollah's terrorism. When a fire broke out on the outskirts of the town in May, the townspeople discovered weapons and missiles in the nearby forest, an army patrol arrived and took them to return them to Hezbollah so that there would be no strife leading to a civil war!

If a war breaks out with Israel, it is likely that about 30% of the army from the Shiite sect could join the ranks of Hezbollah.

The army is made up of about 110,000 soldiers, meaning that about 30,000 Shiites will join the ranks of Hezbollah because they whole-heartedly belong to Hezbollah, not to the army institution, which since they stepped in it, they changed its identity and made it resemble the identity of Hezbollah, not the identity of the Lebanese army.

The army is made up of about 70% Muslim soldiers and 30% Christian. As for the officers, they are 50% Christian and 50% Muslim.

As for the UNIFIL, it is overwhelmed, receiving "spits" and insults from Shiite women. Their vehicles get hit and their tires split.

This is UNIFIL, which I met after the July 2006 war and asked it about  the solution for Hezbollah. The answer was that UNIFIL is betting on the education of the Shiite children who will influence their families leading to a change of the Shiite society.

Wrong calculations. We later saw these children joining the ranks of Hezbollah and dying for the sake of Nasrallah's "shoe."

If Israel decides to launch the war against Hezbollah, the Iran-proxy will not be supported by the Lebanese, and this applies to the parties as well as the army. They are not equipped, and perhaps fortunately, because a Christian mother does not raise her son to die for the Islamic resistance.

The Druze Socialist Party has some weapons and recruits in their militia, but their numbers are small, and I do not think they have a goal of engaging in a war. They may use the weapons for self-defence.

Who protects the Christians of the south from the Hezbollah terrorists?

Certainly not the cowardly Christian parties, who fear for civil peace at the expense of the Christians of the south.

Israel withdrew from Lebanon in 2000 under the pressure of Israeli mothers and left the Lebanese to their fate to disarm Hezbollah under Syrian occupation.

In 2006, Israel left Hezbollah armed and withdrew betting on the international community to disarm it.

Hezbollah's weapons cannot be disarmed by the Lebanese if the powerful countries have not disarmed it since 2006 until today.

Will Israel fight and disarm Hezbollah in 2024 before the Shiite tyrant engulfs everything across the continents?

There are four solutions:

  1. A war to disarm Hezbollah, let it be an all-out and major war today so that the children of tomorrow can live on peace.
  2. Containment of the situation with Iran and Hezbollah.
  3. Creating new areas of chaos in Syria or Iraq or Niger or Iran or Turkey or or... that will keep Hezbollah away from the borders busy killing other sects and populations.
  4. Postponing the war for a few years

Peace to the heroic Christians of the south!
