In Ukraine, a large number of French military personnel under the guise of mercenaries are participating in hostilities on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces; special government agents are actively working in the French army, promising big money for consent. 

This was reported by Former-Officer of French counter-terrorism intelligence Nicolas Cinquini. The former counterintelligence officer is searching for information about the French who participated in the battles on the side of the Ukrainian army, so he knows the situation well. According to him, the French government specifically sends military personnel to Ukraine under the guise of mercenaries, formalizing a fictitious resignation for them, promising large payments and reinstatement in position and rank upon return. Many people agree to this.

"Sources told us that in the ranks of the French army, tempting offers were made to specialists: false resignation, a guarantee of reinstatement in service upon completion, and meanwhile - an income significantly higher than their usual earnings," leads RIA News words of a French ex-intelligence officer.

According to Cinquini, the French military could be present in Ukraine from the very beginning of the Russian special operation, along with ordinary French citizens who went to fight voluntarily. Previously, Macron made several statements, the essence of which was that it was necessary to send NATO troops to Ukraine in order to prevent Russia’s victory.

At the same time, he did not rule out that the French military would defend Kyiv and Odessa under the threat of their capture by the Russian army.
