• Red Sea Crisis Update as of May 21, 2025

Truman Carrier Strike Group is returning home. During the course of this deployment
    USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75),
    USS Gettysburg (CG-64),
    USS Stout (DDG-55)
    USS Jason Dunham (DDG-109)
Intercepted a total of 160 Houthi Missiles and Drones. Unfortunately due to lack of reporting at this time I can only account for 12 of these interceptions 11 drones and 1 missile launched at the Truman CSG on March 16th 2025.

The increases the total US interceptions of Houthi Missiles and Drones from 527 to 675

Editors note: Due to the lack of transparency on the nature of the remaining 148 missiles and drones the below infographic is missing approximately 148 missiles and drones from the Total Launched and Total Houthi Missiles and Drones Fired/Destroyed and from the Total Interceptions and Losses tabs of the infographic.

  • Trump orders reopening of Alcatraz prison closed in 1963

The Alcatraz prison, closed in 1963, will be reopened, US President Donald Trump announced.

"Rebuild and open Alcatraz! For too long, America has been plagued by vicious, violent, and repeat criminal offenders, the dregs of society, who will never contribute anything other than misery and suffering. When we were a more serious nation, in times past, we did not hesitate to lock up the most dangerous criminals, and keep them far away from anyone they could harm. That’s the way it’s supposed to be. No longer will we tolerate these serial offenders who spread filth, bloodshed, and mayhem on our streets. That is why, today, I am directing the Bureau of Prisons, together with the Department of Justice, FBI, and Homeland Security, to reopen a substantially enlarged and rebuilt Alcatraz, to house America’s most ruthless and violent offenders," the US leader wrote on his Truth Social page.

"We will no longer be held hostage to criminals, thugs, and judges that are afraid to do their job and allow us to remove criminals, who came into our country illegally. The reopening of Alcatraz will serve as a symbol of law, order, and justice," the president added.

The prison is located on the island of the same name in San Francisco Bay. Alcatraz was built on the island in 1912 and was completely filled with prisoners by 1920. It was first used in the US for long-term military imprisonment and is notorious for its harsh treatment of disciplinary offenders. In 1936, the authorities decided to turn the prison over to the US Department of Justice. Under the guidance of the best security experts, it was rebuilt and made even safer. Alcatraz was closed in 1963.

  • Trump: 'Never again means now'

President Donald #Trump highlights surge in #antisemitism on American college campuses after October 7th invasion in his Holocaust Remembrance Day proclamation, vowing to combat anti-Jewish discrimination in American universities.

President Donald Trump highlighted antisemitism on American college campuses in a statement issued marking Holocaust Remembrance Day, vowing to combat far-left harassment and discrimination against Jews in U.S. universities.

On Wednesday evening, Trump issued a proclamation for Holocaust Remembrance Day, memorializing the six million Jews and millions of other victims murdered during the Holocaust. “The price to humanity of the lives lost during the Shoah can never be fully grasped or understood,” Trump declared. “Yet, even in the wake of the Holocaust, a self-determined Jewish homeland rose from the ashes as the modern State of Israel.”

The president touched on the Hamas invasion of Israel on October 7th, 2023, emphasizing the surge in antisemitism in the U.S. following the attacks, in particular on college campuses. “Sadly, our Nation has borne witness to the worst outbreak of anti-Semitism on American soil in generations. Nearly every day following the deadly October 7, 2023, attack on Israel, Jewish Americans were threatened on our streets and in our public square — a reminder that the poison of anti-Semitism tragically still exists.” - “Never again means now,” Trump continued, touting his administration’s efforts to combat campus antisemitism, including withholding federal funds from universities which refuse to carry out sweeping reforms. “We are also steadfastly committed to investigating and swiftly punishing all anti-Semitic discrimination in leftist, anti-American colleges and universities.” - “During these Days of Remembrance of Victims of the Holocaust, we reflect upon the dark affront to human dignity posed by Nazis.”

“We cherish the eternal memories of all those whose lives were lost to the deadly scourge of anti-Semitism. Above all, we vow to never forget the atrocities of the Holocaust. We declare that never again means now.”

  • Trump names ‘Fox News’ host Mark Levin to Homeland Security Advisory Council

The panel consists of “top experts in the field, who are highly respected by their peers,” the U.S. president said

President Donald Trump named Mark Levin, the Jewish Fox News host, to his “revamped” Homeland Security Advisory Council, which the president said consists of “top experts in their field, who are highly respected by their peers.” Levin, who won the JNS Shield of Jerusalem award last year, has been supportive of Trump’s policies for the most part but has been noticeably critical of Steve Witkoff’s approach to the Israel-Hamas war and Iran as Trump’s special Middle East envoy.

Trump had dismantled the advisory panel when he took office in January, amid allegations that the Biden administration was misusing resources. The president said that the council “will work hard on developing new policies and strategies that will help us secure our border, deport illegal criminal thugs, stop the flow of fentanyl and other illegal drugs that are killing our citizens and make America safe again.” Other new members of the council include former South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster, a Republican; retired NYPD detective Bo Dietl; and Joseph Gruters, a Florida state senator.

The deputy chief for policy and homeland security adviser also called illegal migration and sanctuary cities that shield aliens 'a cancer on our democracy.'

"[It is] the effort of the radical left to shield even the most violent illegal aliens from enforcement. President Trump will soon be taking action. They (Trump's team) will be more robust and more aggressive than anything done in this area before," he warned.

  • Feb. 6, 2025 Statements by President Trump

"The #Gaza Strip would be turned over to the United States by #Israel at the conclusion of fighting. The #Palestinians, people like Chuck Schumer, would have already been resettled in far safer and more beautiful communities, with new and modern homes, in the region. They would actually have a chance to be happy, safe, and free. The U.S., working with great development teams from all over the World, would slowly and carefully begin the construction of what would become one of the greatest and most spectacular developments of its kind on Earth. No soldiers by the U.S. would be needed! Stability for the region would reign!!!"

"LOOKS LIKE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS HAVE BEEN STOLLEN AT #USAID, AND OTHER AGENCIES, MUCH OF IT GOING TO THE FAKE NEWS MEDIA AS A “PAYOFF” FOR CREATING GOOD STORIES ABOUT THE DEMOCRATS. THE LEFT WING “RAG,” KNOWN AS “POLITICO,” SEEMS TO HAVE RECEIVED $8,000,000. Did the New York Times receive money??? Who else did??? THIS COULD BE THE BIGGEST SCANDAL OF THEM ALL, PERHAPS THE BIGGEST IN HISTORY! THE #DEMOCRATS CAN’T HIDE FROM THIS ONE. TOO BIG, TOO DIRTY!"
