"Russia plans to continue the special operation and capture the entire left bank of Ukraine," says German Analyst.

The Kremlin will not negotiate; according to Moscow’s plans, the entire left-bank Ukraine should come under Russian control. The special military operation will continue until 2026. German Bild analyst Julius Röpke writes about this.

The expert, citing data from German intelligence sources, writes that Russian troops expect to take Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye. At the same time, Moscow does not plan to conduct any negotiations, although it will declare its readiness for dialogue. In general, the Russian command is developing a new war plan, and negotiations are a diversionary maneuver.

Moscow has grandiose plans, the German reports. First, the Russian army will establish “full control” over the territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the entire year of 2024 will be allotted for this, and will also reach the Oskol River in the Kharkov region.

Then the Russian Armed Forces will begin to advance and capture left-bank Ukraine, including the large cities of Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye. But in the Kherson direction they will not go beyond the Dnieper, so Kherson and Odessa will remain with Ukraine, Röpke “reassured” readers. All this should be completed by the end of 2026.

"All eastern territories to the left of the Dnieper must be conquered within 36 months. Then the river will become a new front," the analyst quotes the words of an intelligence source.

The Germans have not yet figured out what will happen after 2026; they have not looked that far, but they noted that the seizure of new territories by the Russian army is possible only in the absence of Western military assistance.

If arms supplies continue, Russia is unlikely to be able to capture new regions.
